Food Sovereignty by Peter Bruce-Iri and Catherine Murupaenga-Ikenn from Climate Action Tai Tokerau
Transitioning from industrial food systems to regenerative food systems is a major focus for Climate Action Tai Tokerau.
“For us, effective climate action has to also support people with the necessities of a good life. Developing local, regenerative food systems helps to heal climate, supports increased biodiversity, reduces toxicity and increases land and seascape resilience.”
Peter and Catherine will share what they are doing, but would also like to hear your perspectives on this important issue which affects all of us.
